A special cuvée made exclusively for my Swedish friends & importers Wine Waves – back in the day, Pontus asked me for some juicy, zesty skin-contact wine, and Oragech was the answer.
Blend of Pinot Blanc (elegance and structure), Sauvignon Blanc for that zesty juice, and a bit of Pálava and Traminer that add their aromatic tang.
Hand-picked on our Achtele vineyard in August 2024, the current 5th edition is gently skin-macerated to get that subtle hint of orangeness in both colour and flavour. Aged for more than a year old barrels, Oragech is an elegant and lively white with good structure and plenty of space for discovery.
